Who Am I?

I am a mother of 3 who ran a private business as a nutritional coach for over 10 years.

I had never been a slim child or a teenager, struggled with my weight throughout my young adulthood, and was always unsatisfied with my weight. But it was never in real focus up until when my health got compromised by an autoimmune disease with hormonal imbalances. To heal my body I started experimenting. I wanted to get a deeper understanding of how my body’s metabolism works and how my body and mind/soul are connected. Having a body you are ashamed of affects all aspects of life as it results in a constant feeling of failure and low self-esteem. 

I was not only able to regain my health but also after having 3 kids, I look my best even though I am over 40.

My secret is that I want to understand my clients’ personalities (pains, fears, desires) at the deepest level to be able to open up acting energy for having a metabolism makeover so my clients can not only manage their weights but also their life at the highest level.

  • Create a diet plan to rebalance your metabolism based on foods you love

Description

I know that you have the fear of someone telling you what, when and how to eat; and getting a very boring, rigid eating plan where you hate most of the food. That would be a recipe for failure. So, in this module, we will co-create a diet plan you truly love and that sets you up for success in achieving the goals you have set for yourself.

Module Three

Set Yourself Up For Success

  • Uncover and tackle your true pain points and fears that hold you back
  • Demystify the link between your emotions and eating so you can regain control 
  • Master how to communicate with your supporters to enlist their help and your naysayers to neutralize them

Description

In this module we will put everything into place to set yourself up for success with your metabolism makeover. You will discover how to overcome obstacles that have been created by your beliefs, fears, pain points, and emotions. And, you will learn how to tune out anyone who is discouraging your efforts and instead enlist the help of supporters to champion your cause.

Test Drive Your Weight Management Options

In this module you will try out 6 different weight management techniques over a 6-week period to determine which one works best for you in rebalancing your metabolism to make you feel more energized and healthy.

By the time you finish this module we will have your ultimate diet plan for achieving your goals dialed in.

  • Discover which foods that you love are low-calorie and also high-density so that you can feel full by eating less
  • Co-create a personalized cookbook of recipes based on the foods you and your family love
  • Gain clarity on how your metabolic type affects the creation of each recipe

Description

In this module, you will learn how to prepare low-calorie, high-density meals based on your metabolic type that your whole family will enjoy. Over a 6-week period, we will co-create your custom cookbook of recipes that you will be able to use to take the guesswork out of what to cook from now on.

Celebrate Your Success

  • Discover the state of your health now compared to when you started
  • Revisit your goals and recognize your progress toward achieving them

Description

In this final module we will compare where you are now versus where you were at the start of this program so we can celebrate your success and make final adjustments if necessary to keep your metabolism in balance and make all of your goals achievable.
